Choose your Sure Panel and register online in about ten minutes. An independent licensed clinician reviews your information and approves your test. You're never ordering a medical test into a void — a clinician stands behind it.
Step 2 · Collect at home
Kit arrives. Collect at the kitchen table.
Your kit arrives at your door. Follow the simple guide to collect your sample at home, then send it back in the prepaid mailer to our accredited (CLIA) lab. No clinic visit, no waiting room.
Step 3 · Know
See your numbers, your baseline, your sources.
Your results land in your secure dashboard — clear numbers, your personal baseline, and plain-English notes on where each metal commonly comes from. This is clarity about your exposure, not a diagnosis.
Step 4 · Act
Lower exposure at the source.
You get a simple plan to lower your exposure at the source — the food, water, and household swaps that actually move the needle. Sure Daily is offered as one optional part of a clean routine. And if a result comes back high, we point you to a doctor — not a shopping cart.

What Sure Panel is — and isn't.
Sure Panel is: a way to measure your exposure to specific heavy metals · a baseline you can track over time · clinician-reviewed, lab-accurate.
Sure Panel isn't: a diagnosis of any disease · a test that tells you a supplement "worked" · a treatment.
And about Sure Daily: it's a clean daily mineral supplement — one part of a low-exposure routine. It is not a treatment, and we will never tell you it "fixes" a number. The real goal is finding exposure and reducing it at the source.
Timeline

Order & register: ~10 minutes.
Kit arrives at your door: 2–3 business days.
Lab analysis after the lab receives your sample: 5–7 days.

Eligibility
Who can order Sure Panel.
Sure Panel is available to adults 18+ in most U.S. states. It's not currently available in New York, New Jersey, or Rhode Island. Testing for children is handled differently — see the Sure Kids page and our family guidance.
Re-test
Knowing once is good. Watching it change is better.
Exposure isn't static — it changes with your food, your water, your home. Re-testing every 3–6 months lets you see your baseline move as you reduce sources. Subscribe to your panel and we'll remind you when it's time.
